Inspired by the Pacific Cuisine from around the world which embraces recipes and cultural influences from around the Pacific Rim, Jharna has now colonized their steak menu offering from all around Bangladesh whether it’s palm sugar from the jungles of Sundarbans, salmon from the deep rivers of Buriganga, or imported thick cuts of delicious meats that will now present guests with a four course dining experience that they have never tasted before. Thickly carved slabs of succulent meat are cooked just the way you ask with plenty of juice and chew. A satisfyingly rich tarragon-scented sauce is swished over the top with just about the right flavors.
