Amari Dhaka Appoints New Executive Chef Tomas Keskitalo


Amari Dhaka, the most secured business hotel is pleased to announce the appointment of Tomas Keskitalo as the Executive Chef.
Chef Tomas brings in more than 17 years of international experience to his role, having worked with some of the most highly reputable hotels and restaurants such as Sandhamns Vardshus in Sweden to the prestigious Merlin Beach Resort and Spa in Phuket, Thailand. His joining will bring a fresh and innovative dimension to the culinary calibre at the Amari Dhaka.
Chef Tomas specializes in Mediterranean, New Nordic, Rustic and Healthy cooking styles. His philosophy of ‘keeping things simple’ is defined by fresh, quality ingredients and his experience for creating great quality food for large banqueting events.
Graduating from the prestigious Bergän School in Sweden, Chef Keskitalo also worked in Stockholm at Prestigius Sandhamn Yatch Hotel as Executive Chef and Grappa Ristaurante Italiano to the same capacity. The chef believes in his defining principle of ‘never serve anything you would not want to pay for yourself’ and will aim to deliver the freshest contemporary taste to the table of Bangladeshi food enthusiasts.
