Monowara Chowdhury appointed as the Director of Sales and Marketing (DSM).


Holiday Inn Dhaka City Center, a chain hotel of the renowned IHG Group has recently appointed Monowara Chowdhury as the Director of Sales and Marketing (DSM). This marks the appointment of the youngest female Director of Sales and Marketing in the industry who has plenty to offer.

Over the span of seven years, Monowara has led the Sales and Marketing team of The Palace Luxury Resort as DSM and Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka as Assistant DSM. Her current role in Holiday Inn Dhaka involves wearing many hats on a daily basis, a role that requires her leadership to create extraordinary growth following IHG’s ambition.

The hotel industry of the capital will face a revolutionary growth within a few years, believes Monowara. With her contribution, she intends to bring new and more female talents to the industry ensuring leadership roles for women.
